Denver Housing Economy

I am not a REALTOR®, but I have been working with professionals in the real estate industry for the past 8+ years.  I have seen the market high, and low.  I have seen my clients go from on-top of the world, to pinching every penny to get by.

That is why I think that every single professional that is related to real estate needs to attend the Colorado Economic Housing Summit on March 8th, 2011 at the Denver Realtor Rally.  The insight that the speakers and panel of industry experts will help us all to know that state of the economy, and what to expect in the upcoming months, and years, in the Denver Housing Market.  If you are serious in maintaining your business, then you must attend this event.

9:30 AM – NOON  Four Seasons Ballroom, Colorado Convention Center

This is the second year that my company is proud to be an exhibitor. We offer potential listing leads to real estate investors and brokers in 16 Colorado counties. There are currently over 23,000 properties in our database that are in distress and less than 15% are listed on the MLS! Come learn more about this strategy for finding new listings by stopping by our www.RENAV.com booth located in the 3rd row from the right as you walk into the exhibition hall.

Be sure to make time to visit all of the other exhibitors and talk with class instructors. We are all going to be there to help grow our business, but we cannot do that unless we are helping you grow your business!

Julie Bobb’s top 10 reasons why it is so much fun to go to the REALTOR Rally

by Julie Bobb

10. Free post its.

9.  Free pens.  One should NEVER buy pens or post its.  Always get them for free.

8.  Other free stuff that you don’t really need but just might use.  Good for staff presents.

7.  Giving away free stuff that people never knew they could not live without.

6.  Free candy.  Adult Halloween without costumes.

5.  More free stuff.  So many door prizes, including cash and vacation getaways.  I bet there might be an Ipad or 2 this year.

4. Playing WII in public and watching others play in public.  At least one exhibitor will have a WII set up

3. Standing so long that you have a good excuse to use our foot massager.  Come try it at Booth #237.  It really works!

2. Seeing Brokers leave education classes with the spark of knowledge and the eagerness to use the knowledge. Or like deer caught in headlights really worried about all the mistakes their associates might make.

1. Meeting clients face to face for the first time.  We spend so much time talking on the phone or emailing, that meeting face to face is huge fun.

Look forward to seeing everyone on March 8th.

Realtor Rally Prizes are Fabulous

by Toni Rice

I have been going to the Realtor Rallys for many years. You learn so much! The booths that are set up always have informative and fun give aways (Like Halloween trick or treat). If you need extra hours they always have classes now that you can earn more credit hours. The speakers are unbelievably good. The prizes you can win are always really nice. Over the years I’ve won a TV, a basket full of wine, $165 gift certificate and many more I can’t remember. You can’t help but to be motivated when you leave. Believe me, it will be the best $25.00 you spend this year if you buy before Feb. 18th.
